They were sent the list of LCA member needs in the event of a storm and responded with what they could offer in an emergency situation. Their list will be one that is ever changing, as the members change and as their companies continue to evolve and provide new and different services. to provide fresh cooked meals and potable water for up to 1000 people per day, which they can handle at two different staging sites.
Ice – able to acquire 2 or 3 trucks with 20 pallets each of ice a day.
Chairs, tents, tables, fuel, generators, porta potties, drinks, and security.
Emergency marine evacuations –
rescues by boat if an area where people need rescued is flooded etc.
Staging or evacuation Site -  www.wildwood-resort.com  - located on the border of Texas & Louisiana about 50 miles south of I-20. The 50 cabins—some that sleep up to 25 people, conference centers – commercial kitchens  are not only ideal for evacuating employees and family members; the facilities have internet and communications capabilities which will allow some of the buildings to serve as temporary business offices.

The Landing Restaurant, in Natchitoches, LA  is able to provide additional food catering, drinks etc.
