Hisa Turner
Manager, Public Affairs and Communications
Hisa Turner is the Manager of Public Affairs and Communications for the Louisiana Chemical Association (LCA), which represents the interests of 70 chemical manufacturing companies throughout the state. Prior to joining LCA, Hisa was a Marketing and Communications Manager with BREC, the Recreation and Park Commission for the Parish of East Baton Rouge, for eight years. There she oversaw the public relations, communication, and marketing for eight internal departments. Hisa graduated for Northeastern State University in 2014, as a scholar athlete for the women's soccer team. Hisa is a Baton Rouge native.
